Terms of Use
By using Nightjar you agree to these terms. Please read them — especially the parts about risk.
1. What Nightjar is
Nightjar is a non-custodial interface for interacting with smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. We never hold your funds or private keys. Every transaction is created in your browser and signed and sent by your own wallet.
2. No advice, no affiliation
Nothing on Nightjar is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nightjar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood, Uniswap, or any company whose shares are represented by tokenized stocks.
3. Tokenized stocks
Tokenized stocks are issued by third-party issuers under their own terms. Holding one is not the same as owning the underlying share, and availability may be restricted in some countries. You are responsible for checking whether you are allowed to hold them.
4. Private send
Private send is processed by our exchange partner, which may apply minimums and maximums, and may review, delay, hold, or refund transactions under its own compliance policies. Estimated amounts are not guaranteed until the transfer completes.
5. Risks
- Crypto assets and tokenized stocks are volatile; you can lose some or all of your money.
- Smart contracts can contain bugs. Batch and Roost have been reviewed in-house but not yet by an independent auditor, and carry extra risk.
- Transactions on a blockchain are final and cannot be reversed by us.
- Prices shown are estimates from on-chain pools and can change before your transaction is confirmed.
6. Your responsibilities
- Keep your wallet and seed phrase secure. We can never recover them.
- Review every transaction in your wallet before signing.
- Don't use Nightjar if you are located in, or a resident of, a sanctioned jurisdiction, or for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or evading sanctions.
7. Fees
Swaps carry a protocol fee shown before you sign, in addition to pool fees and network gas. Private send costs are shown before you sign.
8. No warranty, limited liability
Nightjar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the interface, the underlying smart contracts, third-party services, or market conditions.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
